Ready to Join the Adventure?
We're on the lookout for amazing people who love kitesurfing, love people, and love mixing the two.
Join a Team That Feels Like You
Kite Me Up is a small, friendly kitesurfing school on the Stagnone Lagoon in Marsala, Sicily.
We do this because we love kitesurfing — and we care about our students' happiness above all.
Our philosophy is simple: teach well, use methods that work, and always do our job with empathy, professionalism, and heart.
A World-Class Spot
Lo Stagnone is an incredible spot for teaching kitesurfing: flat, shallow water, lots of space, and a steady, constant wind. Teach where others go on vacation.
A Real Team
Small, close, and multilingual. You'll know everyone by name — not just by job title.
Room to Grow
We invest in solid teaching methods, so you keep getting better at your craft, season after season.
Work With Heart
Empathy and professionalism aren't just words here — they're how we treat our students, and each other.
Your Incredible Workplace
Our working spot is absolutely optimal for teaching kitesurfing, with shallow, flat water across the whole area in front of the school. We usually have a gentle, steady wind that lets us teach in safe, stress-free conditions.
On top of this perfect setup, our school is located away from the busier schools of the lagoon, giving us plenty of space of our own to teach in.
Students Remember You
74% of our reviews mention a team member by name
Out of 270 Google reviews, 201 name the people who taught them. That's how close our instructors get to their students — and it's the kind of teaching we're looking for.
“Robin helped us enormously with his calm, analytical approach. He struck exactly the right balance between giving instructions and letting us work things out ourselves.”
“Our teacher Simone had great skill and patience for teaching us how to start kiting.”
“Our 12 years old kids progressed quickly thanks to Nico (friendly and patient teacher).”
